Miloš Đekić built Breeze Flame Hollow to solve a specific annoyance: sharing links in team chat. Every time you paste a raw URL into Slack or Notion, someone has to read a wall of characters to figure out what it is. The obvious fix is to type the page title, then paste the URL, then format it as a link. That takes about twenty seconds per link. Multiply that by a dozen links a day and it adds up to a real interruption.
The extension was first published in 2021. The goal was to keep it to a single file, a single permission, and a single interaction. There is no analytics, no telemetry, no call home. The code runs locally in your browser. When you click the button, it reads the tab title and URL, writes both formats to the clipboard, and stops. The Chrome Web Store listing has been updated a few times since then to keep up with Manifest V3 requirements, but the core behavior has not changed.
